DTH drilling rig is a machine that makes boreholes down to earth for water well and mining applications. there are many types of DTH drilling rigs used for the same.

QUALITY AND CONTROL

  • We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company for quality management system.
  • For tanks, we do water tests for leakages of welding joints.
  • for hydraulic circuit, we do acid wash and diesel wash and water pressure wash for ensuring microleakages. then after, we test piping at 3500psi pressure at max.
  • For the machine shop, we inspect all dimensions of part as per final drawing.
  • For hardening, we inspect hardness.
  • For fabrication parts, we do normalize at normal temperature.
